Promoter, Chairman and Managing Director of Universal Prophylactic Limited, with over 26 years of experience in the natural latex-based condom manufacturing industry.
Mr. Shirish Bhaskarrao Boralkar is the Promoter, Chairman and Managing Director of our Company. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Dr. Vikhe Patil Foundation’s Centre for Management Research & Development, Pune, which he completed in 1987.
He commenced his association with our Company as Director in 2000 and was re-designated as Managing Director in 2004. He was re-designated as Chairman and Managing Director of our Company with effect from August 1, 2026.
He has over 26 years of experience in the natural latex-based condom manufacturing industry, including the manufacturing of male and female condoms. In his current capacity, he oversees the overall management and operations of our Company.
