About Sushma Shirish Boralkar
Promoter, Whole-time Director and Chief Financial Officer of Universal Prophylactic Limited, with over 19 years of experience in financial and strategic planning.
Ms. Sushma Shirish Boralkar is the Promoter, Whole-time Director and Chief Financial Officer of our Company. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree from Marathwada University, Aurangabad, Maharashtra, which she completed in April 1992. She has over 19 years of experience in financial and strategic planning.
She commenced her association with our Company as a Director in 2007 and was re-designated as the Whole-time Director of our Company with effect from August 1, 2026. She currently oversees the finance function and business strategy of our Company.
